Understanding Your First Invoice
Your first bill is more than likely going to appear larger than your normal monthly service fee. This is because Clearfly, like most telecommunications providers, bills for services a month in advance. This means that if your service was activated on July 15th you will receive your first bill at the start of August. This first bill will include charges for July 15-31 as well as charges for August 1-31.
To help better understand these invoices we break down charge detail into multiple sections:
- New Services and Additions: These are one time charges and prorated charges from previous month(s).
- Current Charges: Charges for the current month forward. This is what your monthly bill should be going forward.
- All Charges: Total of New and Current charges.
