Understanding Your First Invoice

Your first bill is more than likely going to appear larger than your normal monthly service fee. This is because Clearfly, like most telecommunications providers, bills for most services a month in advance. This means that if your service was activated on July 15th you will receive your first bill at the start of August. This first bill will include charges for July 15th through July 31st as well as charges for August 1st through August 31st.

To help better understand these invoices we break down charge detail into multiple sections:

  • New Services and Additions: These are one time charges and prorated charges from previous month(s).
  • Current Charges: Charges for the current month forward. This is what your monthly bill should be going forward.
  • All Charges: Total of New and Current charges.

Paying Your Invoice

There are many ways you can pay your bill each month:

  • ACH (Debit) The most common way to pay your bill. You simply store your bank information with Clearfly ( this information is secure – even Clearfly cannot retrieve full account information once it is stored with our payments provider ). You can sign up for Auto Pay or, if you prefer full control, you can manually initiate payment each month from the Clearfly Portal.
  • ACH Transfer (Credit): If you prefer to initiate ACH payments from your bank, we can handle that, too. We will provide you with a routing number and a unique bank account number to send payments to. Once money arrives in that account we will automatically apply it to your account and send you a receipt.
  • Paper Check (Snail Mail): If you are still mailing paper checks for payment, that is okay; we simply ask that you mail your check 10 days prior to the due date and consider using our ACH options to save both time and stamps.

  • Bills can be paid online by simply clicking the link in your invoice email or logging on to the Clearfly Portal
