Customer Service Representative


Clearfly Service Representatives provide customer service and support within a call center environment utilizing state-of-the-art technology to business customers located throughout the US. Personnel work within the operations department assisting in ordering and provisioning of Internet and telephony services. Assistance is also provided to the sales department for customer product qualification and basic product technical support. Full-time 30-40 hour work week.

Job Duties

Customer service, administrative tasks and order management.

Skills Required

Must have the ability to effectively communicate on the telephone. Organization and punctuality. Basic computer skills including familiarity with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel as well as typing experience. Prior call center and/or telecom experience a plus.


$13-$20 per hour depending upon experience. Benefit package including health care available after probationary period.
