How does billing work?

Like most telecommunications providers, Clearfly bills most services a month in advance. Invoice payment can be made through ACH (debit), ACH transfer (credit) or paper check mailed to Clearfly. Charge details come in three sections: New Services and Additions – one-time and prorated charges; Current Charges – the current month forward; All Charges – total of new and current charges.

Where can I access the Clearfly Portal?

Partners and customers receive a special login that provides exclusive access to the Clearfly Portal. Partners receive access to network project status, account data, incident reports, tutorials and more. Customers can pay bills online, review payment and ticket status and manage billing instructions. Log in here

Where can I access Clearfly training?

The Clearfly Portal provides essential information for you to make the most of our services. You’ll find Knowledge Base lessons there, a schedule of upcoming training sessions and our Clearfly Community bulletin board full of answers, feedback and tips. How do I pay my bill?

Invoice payments can be made through ACH (debit), ACH transfer (credit) or paper check mailed to Clearfly, Dept. LA 24287, Pasadena CA 91185-4287. Email billing@clearfly.net with billing questions.
